5.5. Dormant / Inactive accounts

6.5. Updates to payment information

Updating or adding payment information for the sole purpose of making a withdrawal can only be done by contacting customer service.

6.6. Mistake

If funds are credited to a client account in error, it is the client’s responsibility to notify Fortuna Liberia Inc. (Bettomax) of the error immediately.
