  1. The promotion shall run from 4th December 2023 until 25th February 2024.
  2. The draws are only valid for customers who place bets with BetToMax street agents.
  3. Only losing tickets will be eligible to take part in the draw.
  4. Only tickets purchased during the promotional period in clause 1 shall be eligible for any draw.
  5. Only tickets with pre-match and live (in-play) sports bets placed on Sportsbook are eligible, all virtual games, casino games and any other product will not qualify.
  6. Only qualifying bets which have been placed after 00:00:01 on 4th December and settled as a losing bet before 23:59:59 on 10th December will qualify for the draw on Monday 11th December then for each subsequent draw each Monday, the qualifying period being Monday to Sunday for all Agent draws. Open bets, suspended bets or suspended results, irrespective of outcome, not settled before the closing date will not qualify for the draw. 
  7. Losing tickets for the Agent Draw will be eligible for the first draw taking place after the purchase of a qualifying ticket and will not be valid for any subsequent draw held on the dates published below. 
  8. Only tickets with a minimum stake of L$100 shall be eligible for either draw.
  9. Tickets bought from a hand held device in a shop, or street seller, must have the player’s name and phone number on the back of the ticket and placed in one of the boxes available in the 4 shops and 9 PSP locations by 10am on a Monday of the draw. Only losing tickets settled before the midnight of Sunday/Monday can be placed in the box. Only the boxes at BetToMax shops shall be available on Sundays.
  10. Tickets bought from an agent through a hand held device, or in a shop through a hand held device, will be eligible under these rules from Monday 4th December and the first draw under these rules shall take place on Monday 11th December and every Monday until Monday 26th February.
  11. Tickets bought after 00:00:01 on the 4th December and before 23:59:59 on 25th February shall qualify subject to previous terms and conditions. Tickets bought from 00:00:01 on the Monday following will be valid for the following Monday’s Agent draw only.
  12. The draw due to take place on Monday 25th December shall take place on Tuesday 26th December at 7pm instead. The qualifying period for tickets entered into this draw shall remain the same. So losing tickets from 00:00:01 on Monday 18th December until 23:59:59 on Sunday 24th December only shall be eligible for this draw.
  13. All Draws will be streamed live on the company Facebook page at 7pm UTC. Results will also be published on the company website and be kept available for 72 hours, and withdrawn at 7pm on the following Thursday after the Draw.
  14. All agent draws will be drawn from the actual tickets placed in a draw box located in each BetToMax shop and PSP. These will be collected and all tickets placed in a tombola at BetToMax Head Office and drawn live each Monday at 7pm. Should an invalid ticket be drawn, this will be discarded and another ticket drawn immediately.
  15. The Agent Draws will each have a prize fund of L$250,000 All prize money will be paid in Liberian Dollars through Mobile Money or as mutually agreed method.
  16. If the company are unable to contact the winner of the draw within 5 minutes of the draw taking place, another ticket will be selected as per NLA rules. 
  17. All winnings are subject to LRA mandated Withholding Tax.
  18. All winning players will need to consent to reasonable publicity requests to include photographs for public display through social and print media and consent to their name being used for publicity purposes on behalf of BetToMax.
  19. Winning players will need to attend our BetToMax shop on 3rd Street in Monrovia to claim their prize money. All players must have accorded to the terms and conditions of BetToMax and fulfilled all legal requirements to place a bet.
